Search Terms
A name, location, or other detail entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Queen Anne's County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's own policy controls its receipt and use of the query.
Messages
An email or contact submission may be retained as long as needed to answer it and maintain the related correspondence. Message contents are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
